How it works?
Click 'buy it now' and please provide the LAST 7 digits of your chassis number + your e-MAIL when placing the Order "NOTES" tab .
This will very likely start with 1 or 2 letters followed by numbers
Once we have this, we can check electronically within the WHOLE WORLDWIDE BMW network if your car has EVER been in to a main dealer
It does not matter if your car has ever had a private number plate
We check VIN numbers which obviously never change and with no worry of number plates getting crossed over
This is a BRAND NEW SERVICE and nothing like this has ever been released before

Q1: Can you tell what work has been performed on my car?
A1: No, we can only see what dealers your car has visited - you'll need to ring them and ask
Q2: Why are the distances in KM when my car is in the UK and reads MPH?
A2: When you take your car to BMW, they scan the key on the service desk/plug your car in and the
distance is taken in KM and is then rounded up or down. For example, your car has done 37,560 miles
which is the same as 60,446 KM, this is rounded down to 60,000 KM
(We are currently trialing a new version to try and supply the distance in miles)
Q3: The date of the visit is not quite right, it's a couple of days out?
A3: The date on the report is the date the car has the actual work done, your invoice date may be a day or 2 later
Q4: Some of the dealers visits show a repair time IE 0.7hours and some do not?
A4: The data is extremely complicated to read and organise, please bear with us, you can still ring the dealer to ask
Q5: My report only shows a couple of visits? Surely there's been more?
A5: Sorry - in all instances, if there's only 1 or 2 visits, unfortunately your car has NOT been any other times
